Studio A features infrared heating, which warms your muscles from the inside out for optimal performance, Studio B provides a hot and humid environment, perfect for those who love a steamy session. Custom designed far-infrared heaters hang from the high ceilings of Studio A sending heat directly to the humans in the room, not the air.

Our state of the art Neptronic SKE4 Humidifier/Heater emits a warm flow of steamed air that creates a thick and tropical atmosphere.

At Focus Bryn Mawr, we’ve created more than the Main Line’s premier and longest-running hot yoga and Pilates studio—we’ve nurtured a home for heat, movement, and community. With two state-of-the-art practice spaces, we honor tradition while offering a modern environment where people come to strengthen their bodies, sharpen their minds, and reset their energy.
 

What makes Focus special is the community that has grown here. No matter how old or young you are, no matter your level of experience or strength, you’ll find a place with us. CORE 4 CLASSES

HOT PILATES

Focus Hot Pilates honors traditional classical mat Pilates with the added intensity of infrared heat. This practice strengthens your core, improves your posture, increases mobility, and deepens your mind-muscle connection.

HOT PILATES: INFERNO

Inferno is our our traditional Hot Pilates class taken into the Inferno Room, featuring 106° heat and swampy humidity. The same strengthening, posture-building, mobility-enhancing workout — with an added focus on precision breathing and the mental challenge of moving with control in the most intense conditions.

HOT YOGA (26+2)
(60m, 75m, 90m)

The classic Birkam sequence of 26 postures + 2 breathing exercises practiced in 106° heat. A set routine that builds strength, balance, and mental focus through discipline and repetition.

HOT VINYASA

Dive into the fundamental postures of vinyasa through warrior poses, balance and spinal series. Enhance your strength with the warmth of our 95-degree infrared heat and power your mind with an energizing playlist.
