While our address is 1111 Lancaster Ave in Bryn Mawr OUR ENTRANCE IS ON WATER STREET around the corner of Lancaster & Water. If you come to Hope’s cookies and Snap Pizza you juuuuust missed us.
So if you’re driving west on Lancaster you would turn right at the intersection of 1111 Lancaster and Water Street and we are half way down the block on the right. Just past the X-Training studio and the Karate Studio.
If you are traveling East, Make a left just past Hope’s Cookies and Snap Pizza.
What is Bikram?
Hot26, or Bikram Yoga as its traditionally called, is a system of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that are performed in a specific sequence and order to flush out every system of the body while creating strength, flexibility, focus, and endurance.
HOT 26 IS A BEGINNERS SERIES for all levels. — its complexity lies in its simplicity.
We offer this class in either 90 minute or 60 minute sessions. The temperature is always 106 degrees warm and 55% humidity. We have a big huge super heater/humidifier that is the crown jewel of our Hot Room.
Over the past 40+ years, the Hot26 class has helped millions of people all over the world heal their bodies, strengthen their minds, and gain a better self-awareness. This class has lasted for this long because it works. Not only does this class help you develop balance, strength, self control, and flexibility, it also teaches you patience, self-acceptance, endurance, and focus.
When you make Hot26 a part of your regular self-care routine, you will find your movements become more graceful, your daily labor becomes easier, and your anxiety is soothed.
This class was built to stabilize your spine, tone your digestive system, mobilize your joints, and teach your mind to focus so that it can be relieved of anxiety, depression, and other emotional stress. This class is not hard on your joints or muscles like most physical workouts- instead, it uses gentle yoga poses to strengthen and stretch every single muscle, joint, ligament, and tendon in your body- all while inducing a river of sweat that is like a shower for your body from the inside out.
When you practice Hot26 at Focus, you will be learning from teachers who have spent over 200 hours educating themselves about the 26 postures, their anatomy, benefits, and modifications for different bodies.
These teachers have been carefully trained to understand the postures and how they look in different bodies, how to instruct them in the most efficient way, and how to teach a class so that students can follow along in a safe, smart, and effective manner.

We offer a beginners class everyday at 12pm. The class is taught by Remy who specializes in beginners Yoga.
All of our Barre, Pilates and other Yoga classes are all suited for all levels and styles and we can guarantee you that our teachers are the best and will be gentle with you. You should know too that the Hot 26 class is by design a beginners class.
Yoga changes your life — physically and mentally. To begin is to take a first step — give yourself five classes within two weeks and you will immediately see and feel the difference.
As you can imagine — this has been a slippery slope to say the least. We start by keeping our studio impeccably clean with daily triple washes to our bathrooms. Our entire studio was freshly painted, wooden floored and stone bathroom tiles.
That said — our policy is to follow the local and national policies being implemented by those in charge. If there is a local or federal mask mandate we will adhere with vigilance.
After much debate we decided to keep this policy and include the same as it relates to VAX cards.
While both owners are double vaxed and boosted and extremely cautious on every level, we felt that we were set up to lose by implementing our personal policies and understand and respect all other opinions.

What is HOT HIIT?
HOT HIIT is a heat based training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), muscle toning, and cardio. This 60 minute class burns fat and creates long, lean muscles, with rapid results. Great Music, great instructor ... the best sixty minute work out on the Main Line taught by a true rock star — OLGA who will kick your ass [in the best way]. This class is filled with old, young, experienced and beginners - come twice a week and you will be ready for the world.
