Focus Original Hot Yoga is set in a 104 degree room with 40% humidity, with a set sequences of postures of postures and breathing exercises. Each posture and breathing exercise is completed twice and is designed to work the entire body, from head to toe. Composed of a standing series followed by a floor series where each posture is done once or twice depending on the class length.
