Heated by the state of the art Neptronic SKE4 Steam Humidifier which emits a thin, warm flow of steamed heated air to create an intense and invigorating workout experience in a hot and humid environment that is typically set at 105 degrees and 55% humidity. As you step inside you will immediately feel the warm embrace of the controlled climate, allowing your muscles to easily loosen up and prepare for an intense session.

The room is intentionally minimalist and simple. The walls are lined with large mirrors to help you maintain proper form and track your progress.   Soft, ambient lighting bathes the room in a warm glow, and the hum of the Neptronic SKE4 lulls your focus into sharp attention.
